Globe's Great Gadget Sale (Dec 27-29, 2013)

In case you have not heard, Globe will be holding the "Great Gadget Sale"  tomorrow at Glorietta 5.  From the details, they'll allow you to trade-in your old phone to get as much as 90% discount on their phone offers. 

My experience with these trade-in marketing stint is really not good as the company will hire a third-party company to appraise the gadget you have. This third-party appraiser will offer a lower price of your current gadget. Here's an example : You want to trade-in your Samsung Galaxy Note 2 for an LG G2. LG G2 costs P27,990 for Globe Prepaid.  Samsung Galaxy Note 2's market price is still at P25,000. The third-party appraiser will only offer you P12,000 for your Galaxy Note 2.
